Life Story for James Taylor

James  Taylor
TAYLOR, James of Harriston - passed away at Palmerston & District Hospital on Saturday, January 12, 2013 in his 78th year.

Jim was the beloved husband of Margaret (Weber) Taylor and father of Douglas Taylor and his wife Jackie of R.R. 1, Exeter, and Joanne Haveman and her husband Jeff of Harriston. Grandfather of James Taylor, Scott Taylor, Nicole Haveman, and Lauren Haveman.

Brother of Mae Butson of Seaforth and Evelyn Venner of Kippen, and brother-in-law of Dorothy Taylor of Hensall, Dorothy and Cliff Lean of Brockville, Betty Brush of Barrie, Julie Ann and Don McCague of Port Dover, and Agnes and Eldon Weber, Lorna and Lynn Collins, Lynda and Bob Bramhill, and Margaret Weber, all of Harriston. Remembered by his nieces and nephews and their families.

He was predeceased by his parents Orville and Christina Taylor, by his brothers Bob Taylor, Orville Taylor and Neil Taylor, by his brothers-in-law Dale Brush, Russell Weber, Bill Butson, Percy Wright and Roger Venner, and by his niece Donna Taylor.

Jim had worked for Cyanamid Fertilizer, Harriston for nearly 31 years before retiring in 1990.

Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. where the memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Interment in Harriston Cemetery.

Memorial donations to Palmerston & District Hospital would be appreciated.
