Violet Grice ~ formerly of Clifford, passed away at Royal Terrace, Palmerston on Friday, November 8, 2013 in her 80th year.

Violet was the wife of the late William Grice, and mother of Randy Grice and his wife Marie of Arthur, Lori Grice of Edmonton, Reginald Grice and his wife Brenda of Clifford, Robert Grice of Minto Township, and Leslie Grice and friend Ron Elliott of Palmerston.

Remembered by her grandchildren Kevin Grice, Kimberly Grice and Jason Koch, Craig Weber, Stephanie Grice, Jessica Grice, Trever and Clorissa Grice, Ryan and Shannon Grice, Derek and Julia Grice, Krystal Allen, Chantelle Grice, Amanda Grice and Shawn McRae, Shawn McCracken, and Scott McCracken; and by her great-grandchildren Audrey, Hayden, Violet, Chloe, Chelsey, Tori. Jayden, Hunter, Quinn, Zackery, Joseph, Kynzlee and Brooke.

Survived also by her brother Jack Weis and his wife Karen of Hanover, and by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Al Meagher of Ayton, Don Kerr of Hanover, Larry and Alice Grice of Paisley, Shirley Mackenzie of Palmerston, and Velma and Jim McComb of Kitchener.

She was predeceased by her sisters Grace Meagher and Shirley Kerr, by her brothers-in-law Lyle Whetham and Grant MacKenzie, and by her parents Samuel and Muriel Weis.

Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Knox United Church, Clifford on Wednesday, November 13th at 1:30 p.m.

Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
