Condolence: I place this tribute to my mother-in-law Marilyn Turner.

She embraced her family with tremendous fondness and love.

My bond with her was very special. I was most appreciatiive of her kindness, her advice and curiosity.

Being her favourite "son-in-law" certainly came with some special treats. I won't forget her chocolate and cream pies she made just for me. (I know John always teased me because he enjoyed her baking and cooking just as much).

I will miss her smile, her love of dancing and of course our wonderful visits in Harriston or here in Orangeville.

Marilyn, I know the last few months in particular have been difficult, but you are now at peace.

Your favourite son-in-law - Joe
