E. Marguerite ‘Meg’ Burrows of Harriston – passed away at Palmerston & District Hospital on Sunday, May 15, 2016 in her 75th year.

Marguerite 'Meg' Burrows was the beloved wife of Robert Burrows, and loving mother of Amy Burrows and Tomas Hartl of Toronto, and the late Drew Burrows (2005).

Sister of Isobel Bauman of Stratford, Catherine Coulter and Wayne Riley of St. Thomas, and Jane Collyer-Coleman of London; and sister-in-law of James Scott of Harriston, and Kathryn Gorman of Fonthill.

Remembered by her nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister Patricia Scott, brother Carl Wilson, and parents James and Ila (Cherrey) Wilson.

Meg will be sadly missed by her many friends in her church family, her former colleagues in the educational field and in the community of Harriston.

The funeral service will be held from Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston on Wednesday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kathy Morden officiating.

Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
