William Ernest Ward ~ at home on Algonquin Island, with his wife Miriam by his side, Bill passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at the age of 91.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Miriam (Eccles) Ward, sister Corinne Hemstock of Peterborough and her family, as well as many nieces and dear friends.

Predeceased by his first wife Mary (Flynn) Ward, parents Francis and Gertrude (Fogerty) Ward, brother Jack, and sister Opal Thompson.

Funeral services will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Saturday, January 28th at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Gary Stopps officiating.

Interment in Clifford Cemetery.
