Obituary for Lindsay Morton

Lindsay Morton
Lindsay Morton ~ It is with profound sadness that we announce Lindsay Jonas Morton passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 with her Mom and Dad at her side.

Loving daughter of Bob and Charlotte Morton of Burlington. Cherished granddaughter of Emily Emslie of Harriston and the late Kenneth Emslie, and the late George and Elizabeth Morton.

Dear sister of Sean Morton (Ashley Cameron) and aunt of Jacob and Emily Morton all of Calgary Alberta.

Fondly remembered by uncles, aunts and cousins; Tom (Karen), Cody and Shelby Emslie of Red Deer Alberta, Geff (Janice), Jaryn, Jace and the late Jaxson Emslie. Lisa (Greg), Emma and Sam Giesen of Baden Ontario.

Lindsay will be sadly missed by friends as well as colleages past and present.

In all of her humor and genuine love for others, Lindsay was one of the most beautiful people – both inside and out. Her smile could instantly brighten up your day and her laugh was contagious in the best way. She found her passion at Community Living Burlington. She found what she loved to do. And she loved to help people. She didn’t hesitate to let you into her heart and that was a gift which blessed more people than I’m sure she realized.

We love you Lindsay.

A family funeral service was at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Saturday, December 2nd, with interment in Palmerston Cemetery.

If desired, donations in Lindsay’s memory to Community Living Burlington would be appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston (519)338-2441.
