Husband of the late Dorene Loughran and father of David Loughran and his wife Ruth of Harriston, Chuck Loughran and his wife Barb of Mount Forest, Garry Loughran of Harriston, and Raymond Loughran and his wife Joan of Arthur. Grandfather of Brenda Lee Laing, Bonnie Shantz, David Loughran, Brad Loughran, Bob Loughran, Tena Stortz, Shane Loughran, Eric Loughran, Nicholas Loughran, Jennifer Loughran and Stephanie Loughran.
Remembered by his 24 great-grandchildren, by his sisters Beverley Rabideau of Palmerston and Sylvia Ropp of Listowel and by his brother Murray Loughran of Palmerston.
